How early should I book?

We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for spring and fall dates. Popular weekends book quickly, and securing your beauty team early allows us to thoughtfully plan your timeline and bridal preview without stress.

Can I do a trial before booking?

You’re always welcome to. We don’t hold dates till booking is final so we do suggest if you go this route to do it all rather quickly to ensure dates and times stay open.

What should I do before my trial and wedding day?

We have made it easy peasy. Just go to our website and read the prep page for all the helpful info on months, weeks, and days before your wedding. Along with helpful trial tips to ensure we bring your vision to life!

When is my final payment due?

Final payment is due on your wedding day. We’ll provide a detailed timeline and invoice so everything feels seamless and organized well before the big day.

Can you accommodate large wedding parties?

Yes. We have a talented, diverse team of stylists and artists, allowing us to accommodate both intimate weddings and large bridal parties with ease.

How should I prepare my hair and skin before my appointment?

Arrive with clean, dry hair (unless otherwise instructed) and a clean, moisturized face. We’ll send a detailed prep guide before your wedding day.

What is your cancellation policy?

Retainers are non-refundable, as your date is reserved exclusively for you. Additional cancellation details are outlined in your contract.

Are Lashes included? Can they be added day of event?

Lashes are included for bride in crystal bridal makeup, they are not included in team bridal makeup. Lashes are Additional for all other makeup services and can be decided day of. The payment for lashes is paid directly to artist day of. Usually Venmo or cash.

Are trials included in booking?

No. Trials are an additional fee. $200 for both hair and makeup or $100 for either hair or makeup.

Will my trial artist be my day off artist?

Absolutely, we only schedule trials with the artist that will be providing services day of your event.

Can I make payment from multiple girls?

Unfortunately we do not take payment from multiple girls. If your girls are paying for their own service, we suggest collecting Venmo, cash or check from their prior to the event.

How many artists will be there?

This simply depends on the number of services requested and availability of artists.

Is there a minimum for services requested to travel on location?

No, we are happy to accommodate a busy bride or a large party. We do require
locking in a specific time frame during booking, so other events can be accommodated, especially if it is a small party or just a bride.

When picking Crystal is it for the bride or everyone?

Crystal pricing is only different for brides and not for bridesmaid, mob, mog or any
other services. Depending on how many brides Crystal has that day, will decide on whether she is doing the full wedding party or just the bride at your event.

Can we come to the salon or only in location?

Absolutely! We have a beautiful salon space designed for bridal Parties. If booking in a salon there is no travel fee but a 25 dollar booking fee instead.

Are you a bride?
